In everyday I want to sleep 10 hours. At 10.00 p.m. I usually go to bed and 8.00 a.m. I get up in the morning. In my room turn off the light when I sleep. The window is closed. My room is quiet. So sometime when I wake up in the middle of the night because I want go to toilet or hot. When I sleep I sleep on back and side but I don't move a lot.
